We have a heartbeat!!- with a question
It was the best sound in the world!!! FP measure 6mm which puts me right around 6w5d today. I know there's ton of stuff that can still go wrong but right now I'm still hopeful, which brings me to my next question...
Anyone have their progesterone drop? It was holding at 20-22 and yesterday it was 15. They didn't seem concerned but 15 is borderline so I'm a little worried. I had progesterone issues with my last pregnancy and that ended in MC. Any advice??

No advice about the progesterone but YAY for hearing the heartbeat!!! It is the best sound!!!

did they put you on suppositories or ask you to come back for repeat bloodwork?
With DS my progesterone was below a 2. At the end of my fifth week when we saw a heartbeat (and my progesterone was only 1.7) i was put on suppositories which i took until week 11 or 12. DS is now 3 months old

Yes, progesterone can drop and then increase. Mine was 42 at my BFP then would drop to 19, go up to 25, drop again to 20. My RE wanted anything over 10. If you are on progesterone supps, it's most likely highe but just not read through the blood. Only PIO is measured through the blood. Congrats again!!!

Very exciting! No advice on the progesterone, but your risk of something going decreases a lot after you see the heartbeat for the first time, so that's exciting!!

Mine fluctuated like that. It was highest right around BFP time, and even with PIO it would hover around 19, 18 ish, but RE was never concerned at that point.
WHO ARE YOU?! LOL! Still dying to know.
