Caffeine Withdrawal
I was never a coffee drinker until late July when a co-worker picked up a Iced Caramel Mocha from McDonalds. I loved it and now must get one EVERY morning. I am now trying to stop since AF will be here in any moment and I will start my FET cycle. I went from a large to a small cup and now haven't had one at all this week.
I'm going freaking nuts!!! I am trying the methods I used when I had my last FET cycle that was a successful one Bottled Water with Lemon and Peppermint tea. I'm trying my hardest but I'm going crazy here any advice???

Maybe switch to half-caf until the FET, and then to total decaf after. That's what I did and it worked. Then when I'd get my BFP's (I've had 5 now, 4 m/c, but not related to decaf coffee!) my body didn't even want the decaf anymore so that solved the problem for me. Good luck!
