Compression Panties after c-section
This will be my 3rd c-section..I am a lot more nervous with this one than I was with the other two...Did anyone use compression panties after their c-section?? Can you recommend the brand?

I just used the wrap they gave me in the hospital. I should have worn it more often but it really did work. I didnt know they made underwear like that

I am also researching the belly band...My friend just delivered at Winthrop and she said they didn't give her anything. I remember Winthrop giving me something for my legs....

Re: Compression Panties after c-section
You have to ask for it. I delivered both times NSUH and I had to ask for the belly wrap. I noticed they dont offer it unless you ask for it.

For the first 24-36 hours they put compression sleeves on your legs to keep your blood circulating to prevent clots. They don't give you anything to bind your stomach unless requested and you nag the nurses.
