What did you c section ladies get for panties to wear after that were comfy?

I went to Target and bought a 5 pack of high waisted granny panties that are 2 sizes to big to accomodate the swelling i will have and be comfy, currently being washed and packed today, that is what i did last time and worked great!

I had a c/s at 7pm and that first overnight, they put a pad and underwear on me from the hospital. The next morning I was able to use my own underwear and just used cotton briefs from Hanes that were very comfortable.

The gauze ones they give you in the hospital are hands down the best!!!
They are like boy shorts and come up high so they don't interfere w/ your incision.

I asked this question a few days ago because I couldnt remember from my 1st c section and the consensus seemed to be high waisted granny pants. I bought a pack of hanes briefs and a pack of hanes boy shorts at kohls. both a size bigger than I normally wear.
