How much folic acid are you taking daily?
I dont think im taking enough as sometimes im so nauseous i cant fathom taking 3 prenatal pills a day which is the serving size. Looking forward to the morning sickness going away!

I take Rainbow Light Prenatal Vitamins which has 800mcg of folic acid which is 100% of your daily recommended amount. Reason why I chose this brand is that it is one pill a day. Granted, the pill is a little on the large size, but I would still rather just pop one a day and get all the vitamins and nutrients I need. I order them through Amazon -- there are 150 pills in one bottle.

How much folic acid are you taking daily?
I take a prenatal with DHA and it has folic acid. In addition to that I take FABB which is the generic of folic acid.

CVS brand 2 step prenatal. The second pill is just for DHA. The multi vitamin part has 975 which is 122% folic acid

I take Nature Made prenatal with DHA and it has 800mg. It's a big pill but I hated taking a separate DHA.
