I don't know the specifics. Our admin chose 3 teachers and 2 teacher teams. The reviewer chose 6. It was all in one day, so the classroom visits were 15 minute 'snapshots'. Better than 4 years ago. The people who visited me stayed for HALF AN HOUR and then CAME BACK!!!! So that was easier. She wanted to see bulletin boards, differentiation, evidence of inquiry work, teacher planning, and what we were doing to get the children college and career ready. They leave with a glow and a grow meaning you know at the end of the day what your school is successful at and what it needs to work on.
