st gerard - might be a silly question

someone gave me a st gerard last month and it was such a blessing! i want to pass one on to my friend who is ttc.

i ordered a new one.

do you think i should give her the new one or pass on the one that was given to me?

That's a sweet idea but I'd probably give her the new one... I'd have a sentimental attachment to one that was mine during my pregnancy & I'd want to keep it, especially if I was going to have more kids. Just my feeling about it.

Plus mine isn't coming down from its spot until this peanut is born. Aren't you fairly early on? I'd keep it for extra luck.
