Engagement Party - what to wear?
I'm going to an engagement party at a nice restaurant. I'm not sure what to wear.
Here are some dresses I'm thinking of, please help me choose :)

or no dress at all and go with something like this...

I am in LOVE with this dress and going to WHBM now to check it out further! 
I do love the other three dresses as well but considering it's winter, I would wear dress number 4 because it is more covered up. Frankly, I would just not want to freeze.
I think the non-dress option is very nice but not for a "nice place" where yo unmentioned the party will be. It's more of a night on the town outfit.
P.S. Of course, they are completely out of anything even close to my size!  Whaaah, whaaaah, whaaaaaaaaaaah!

Is #3 from White House black market? I have that one and wore it in early October to a dinner dance. It's slimming around the tummy. I'm biased so I pick #3. I also love the ensemble on the bottom!!!

Actually #3 as well- but as others said, it's a bit cold out for sleeveless. But I do like that dress as well.
The last outfit a great looking option, but might be hard to find all those pieces- or similar. I know I'd drive myself nuts trying to pull that all together and finding similar pieces. Great look though.

Actually, all the dresses are from WHBM...I love their stuff. I actually wore dress#3 to a wedding in October. It was VERY comfortable and really sucked me in in all the 'right' places. It's like wearing a dress made of SPANX. Only it's comfortable!
I love option #4 also...doesn't feel too much like wedding attire. I don't have these EXACT pieces, but simiilar pieces. I'll have to try them all on tonight and see if it works.
On a side note, WHBM has some pretty decent sales on their website right now. I actually bought dress dress #1 for $35! Original price $160

I'm going to go with either dress #4 or the final outfit. I think I'd be most comfortable in the final outfit.
