Can I broil pork chops?
Oven is not working but broiler is, can I broil them? Usual I just throw shake and bake on them and bake them? TIA

Can I broil pork chops?
if your oven is not working I cant see why not. Just watch them close not to burn. I have been using my broiler a lot lately.

I've done it! Put them down low in the oven. You can always do them on top of the stove if all else fails, like a braise. Yum!
