First steps
What were your first steps in TTC? Doctor? Prenatals? What can't you eat or do?

First steps
When we first started trying - did nothing different (no doc, prenatals...) and got preggo immediately but lost it at 10wks. After that My doc prescribed prenatals - more than 2 years later still nothing. I'm seeing an re now. I don't eat or drink any diff but overall I eat pretty healthy and work out.

You don't have to do anything. Unless you smoke I wouldn't worry about changing anything.

Re: First steps
Sex and prenatals, after a couple months of just trying you can look into ovulation kits, temping.
Also doesn't hurt to talk to your ob/gyn if you have concerns or past medical problems that you think would prevent you from getting pregnant on your own.

Re: First steps
I'd start taking prenatals, but other than that, nothing to really do differently. Except BD a lot, of course!

Re: First steps
Nothing. Just used an OPK, had sex and that was it. And like the others said, drinking!

I was wondering about this, because I totally haven't been abstaining.
ETA: Does everyone here take prenatal vitamins already? I don't..... should I? Any particular kind?

You should definitely start taking them. My dr. gave me a prescription, but a lot of ladies get the over the counter ones.
