How long does it usually take to close? Our lawyer is ordering a survey this week too.

I should note we are using CHL and so far they have been great and very efficient. Our loan processor already requested our conditions and all doc's have been submitted to the underwriter. Our closing date in our contract states 3/31 and I want to know how realistic it is that we will meet that date.
