Skinnytaste Shepherd's Pie
Made it tonight and it was amazing....I've tried making this before (different recipe) and it was horrible. It was really delicious, DH had 3 plates! Just wanted to share.

I've done it with turkey before, but I never thought to put cauliflower mash on top! Doing it for St. Pats

So glad to hear this! We're having it this week and I was really hoping it would be good. I made extra mashed potatoes and used turkey instead, but kept everything else the same.

Skinnytaste Shepherd's Pie
I thought it was really good! I swapped out 1 tbsp of cornstarch for the flour to make it gluten free and used dried herbs instead of fresh. I also used my regular mashed potatoes so I didn't follow her on that part. I was skeptical of the filling when I first tried it but after everything simmered together it was so tasty!
