What would you serve?
We are have 2 couples over Sunday for a late brunch/early dinner. I not sure what to serve. The only think I know is that it needs to be pretty easy to prepare.
I was thinking a quiche, maybe a roasted chicken or grilled chicken breasts, and some picky sides and salads from the Italian deli near me.

I would do some salads, maybe a lasagna and dessert if its more of an early dinner. If its closer to noon maybe do bagels and different cream cheese and salads (tuna, egg, whitefish)

What would you serve?
I always look for pasta during Brunch..so maybe a tortellini salad, any cold pasta salad or even penne ala vodka.
Then I'd probably do cold cuts and grilled chicken with bagels and different bread choices (torta, ciabbatta etc.) served with fixins and have cream cheese and butter.
Some fresh mozz, olives, roasted peppers on a dish too to pick on or out on my sandwich.
