going sailing
im visiting my sister in florida and we have a day of sailing planned.
any tips? i should stay hydrated, fed.. is it bad to be in the sun for that long? im sure there will be shade if i need it but i want to be sure.
what about my bare belly in the sun?

Lots of sunscreen. Your skin is more sensitive when pregnant.

Have an awesome time! I would just be careful about nausea bc I know when when I wasn't pregnant and went on a boat I got a little seasick! Lol. But other than that just keep hydrated and lots of sun screen! I'm leaving for myrtle beach on Sunday and can't wait for some sun!

I used to sunbathe while pregnant but I would cover my belly with a towel after like 20 min or so just to keep it from the beating hot sun.
You just don't want to overheat.
Maybe alternate in the shade every so often.

that sounds like a good idea. i asked my sister and theres definitely shade on the boat, so ill just keep hydrated and take breaks when i need it.
