Visitor restrictions
My friend is scheduled for a c section next week up in albany area but they told her her daughter can't visit because it's still flu season. Do you know if this is true for any hospitals around here?

I was the case last year at LIJ around Sept/Oct but by Feb they were letting little kids in the maternity areas.

No my friend was across the hall and her daughter was there, and that was March. Southside has almost no restrictions.

My friend just delivered in the Albany area and her older DS could not visit her. These restrictions were not present last year when I had my DS.
