BBQ Menu?
I'm hosting a get together- about 10/12 people.
I thought it would be fun to make sliders & hot dogs and have a "fixins bar".
I'll do beef and turkey sliders & hotdogs.
What should I do for fixings besides the normal- ketchup, mustard, relish, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese, pickles?
Also, what sides would you serve would this?
I was thinking corn, a tomato/cucumber/onion salad and...maybe a pasta salad?
Want to keep it simple, but fun.
Will also have some apps (chips/dip, cheese/crackers) and fruit & dessert.

Probably have some spreads for the bun -- some sort of an aoli (or a few fancy spreads), bbq sauce, guacamole, maybe some sautéed onions and mushrooms, bacon, jalapeno peppers, blue cheese crumbles, roasted peppers....

I do a cucumber, avocado, and tomato mix then put balsamic over it.
I would definitely do carmalized onions, different cheese, avocado, bacon, bbq sauce like the other ladies mentioned.

Mushroom and Onion Mix
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Lettuce/Tomato/Onion
Swiss/American/Pepper Jack/Cheddar
Jalapenos
Avocados
Bacon
BBQ Sauce/Ketchup/Mustard/Mayo/and I'd make like a Mac sauce
I'd do all or I'd do a few and name the burgers to give people an idea on what's yummy.
Like the bacon blue..shrooms and swiss etc.
