would you add anything else to the menu? re: "mexican" bbq
my mom, her bf, and her roommate are coming over tomorrow.
we'll be having a "mexican" bbq: "carne asada"
the menu is as follows:
* meat! lol i think it's skirt steaks (like for fajitas) and the traditional "carne asada"... not sure what the cut is, but it's all beef 
* SO's refried beans
* mexican rice (SO's mom's recipe)
* green salad
* quacamole
* home made salsa
* chips
* corn tortillas
* all the "fixin's"
* loaf home made crusty bread (not very mexican, but i'm new to baking bread and i'm addicted to the stuff lol)
drinks will be:
* jamaica (mexican drink)
* horchata
* pina colada
* white wine (SO's favorite)
* not sure we'll have beer
dessert will be:
* flan (made by my mom)
would you add anything else to the spread?
it will be a total of six people

thanks guys, it went great
the only change was that we did go with pico de gallo instead of salsa
they ate it ALL up
i was a happy hostess and SO showed off his cooking skills
