Need help w a Door lock

This is going to be a back door
in the basement

I am trying to decide to get a whole new door or is there a lock we can get that does not need a key to open or a switch in the glass area

My fear is someone can break in, crack the glass and open the door
or god forbid an emergency we searching for a key to get us out
