Sausage and peppers recipe (on grill) needed please
I'd love to use my oven but it's disconnected and I need to make sausage and peppers for 20 people on the grill... Any recipes ? Tips or tricks ?

Sausage and peppers recipe (on grill) needed please
I don't know if this is helpful but my mom often makes it in a large electric skillet. It also makes it easy to serve to a crowd and keep warm.
I've also seen recipes for sausage and pepper skewers on the grill. Maybe something like that would work.

We made sausage and peppers on the grill recently and it was really good and really easy.
What we did was took a sausage wheel and cooked it on the grill and took sliced peppers and onions tossed with salt pepper and olive oil wrapped them in aluminum foil and put them on the grill to cook too.
When everything was ready we took some fresh italian bread and made a sandwich with the grilled sausage peppers and onions. It was soo good!
