Has anyone refinanced through TFCU lately?
What did they do for an appraisal? Did they walk through the house, take pictures, etc.? How did you find their assessed value to be?

We didn't refinance with them but used them for our home equity line--they came to the house and took pics of everything. We bought our house as a short sale under market value and then redid everything so we were happy with their assessment. DH and I jokingly said we should just sell the house for a nice profit.
