Whoa! Apparently I need to come on here at night. My post was osmewhat based on Johnsae's post but others I have seen like it. I have gone through a long road here. I have seen people many times questioning why one would do something or not or that being on top of your body and its signals will :stress you out" I was pointing out the fact that while Person A may think keeping track of temps, charting, OPK's etc is stressful to Person B this could eliminate stress.
For any that think I posted this to start drama than you obviously have not read my other posts on here. I constantly give advice. I have a lot of knowledge because that is the type of person I am. Sorry to any I offended but I can't say I won't post an unsolicited opinion again since this is a public chat board Thanks Poruss for seeing my point and explaining it for me very well. I do not come on at night. GL and
Oh and now I have to go into a meeting so I prob. won't be back for a while
you go sista , you are always so helpful and knowledgeable about TTC, don't let anything stop you from being that way....

Re: TTC is an Individual process
Thanks Girls-I was in a rush before-just to expand. Sometimes I see that people are discouraging other people from doing certain things or using methods. I guess using the word "wrong" or "right" may have been inaccurate. I feel comfortable in giving MY view in certain language such as, "I would do this" not "you shouldn't do this" KWIM? No matter what some posters think I feel that I have helped a lot of people on here. Again sorry if I offended some, that was not the intention.

Re: TTC is an Individual process
I dont know where this all stems from but I am hoping and praying that no one who is TTC or PG comes onto LIF for medical advice they are going to use instead of their doctor's advice.
ETA: I always come on this site and think that people are free to post their opinions and its up to the reader to take it with "a grain of salt" or not.

I do not think that is what the OP was saying....I think she explained herself perfectly as to her thoughts behind the original post......

Thank you for being eloquent and explaining things that I didn't have the words for. I completely agree with what you are saying and thank you for elaborating and backing me up from my OP. Apparently what stresses other people out (charting on two diff sites, etc.) just gives me more of a feeling of control in the end. While I have been annoyed at the fact that my O date is not the same on two charts, it does help me to "expand" my BD'ing days and it makes me "try" a little longer than I would have if I was just using one chart.
Again, to each their own....there is no right or wrong, and threads like this help me rather than hurt me.

I agree with you and I stated that in a previous post. Sometimes word choice overrides the intent of a post. I know that I edit myself to try to maintain as much sensitivity as possible to the readers and even to myself. I KNOW you have posted a lot of helpful advice and it is appreciated. I also know you meant no harm. Thank you for your clarification.
As i have said to others privately, i am sure people wonder why I am not exhausting every effort to maximize my potential for getting pregnant - especially at my age (36). My reasons are sometimes personal and private, but I have yet to see anyone judge me for it outwardly, at least in this forum. It is appreciated as well.

I actually HAVE read some of your other posts...AND have found them very helpful...
But i think that we all are giving advice....asn as you said yourself...even if it is unsolicited..
AGAIN....i think we all have each others best interests at heart.
We all have such different perspectives and opinoins and if ANYONE is going to post on here...they will get a range
If the person doesn't care for what someone said...then they don't have to listen to them
Doesn't mean that the person isn't trying to be as helpful as the next person..
AS YOU SAID...what works for one may not work for another.
But i have YET to see any judgement being passed on these boards...NOT even on Johnsaes thread..
HELP helpful ladies being themselves
