2ww vent

Hi ladies, sorry for the vent but I need to get it out. DH and I have tried so hard especially this month. The past three days I've had pinkish spotting, very light and brown today. I'm about 5 days from AF. I know that those can be a good sign too but today when I saw the brown I became so depressed. Now I can't seem to shake it off and am on the verge of tears all morning. It's so frustrating to be in the two week wait and wonder what every little thing means. DH tells me not to stress since it could affect things. I have been in such an amazing mood this whole time until today. It's so much easier said than done right? Well, anyway, thanks for the ear. Lots of dust to everyone!

TTC is NOT a fun process at all. It's entirely frustrating to do everything by the book and still get negative results. And the 2ww is just awful, because I always found the not-knowing even worse. I have no advice though, other than to tell you to try and distract yourself until AF is due. I hope this is your month. Do you usually spot before AF comes? If so, then I think you have your answer for this cycle. If this is out of the ordinary though, then definitely don't lose hope yet!!

I know exactly what you mean- before AF shows up, there is endless possibility. If we tried especially hard I feel almost high those 2 weeks I get so optimistic. I find it impossible not to entertain those hopeful thoughts. And then it all comes crashing down and I have to really work to get myself out of the funk each month- of course the surge of hormones doesn't help any! I wish I had the answer to make it all better, but all I can say is you are not alone.

2ww vent

I had brown, deep red, lots of different colors in the 2nd week of the TWW and I definitely thought I was out. Then I got my BFP.

The TWW was miserable. I was lucky in a way that my luteal phase was shorter though so I usually get AF about 8 days after O'ing so I kind of suspected (or hoped) something was up when it didn't come in full force.

You are definitely not alone in this annoying process!

2ww vent

Thank you everyone! I do spot in between sometimes bc I have a para ovarian cyst on the left. It's been there for years and I have it checked occasionally and shouldn't have any issues bc of it. I don't always spot so it could mean something or nothing... Hoping everyone has BFP's soon!
