I can only speak to Zofran - I used it with my first pregnancy and it was a godsend. But I know there is a lot of controversy over it now about possibly being unsafe, so I would talk to your doctor about which they recommend.

Diclegis vs zofran
Diclegis has been a lifesaver for me throughout both my pregnancies. I still get nausea but have only thrown up a handful of times versus everyday. Zofran did very little for me.

My doctor gave me a script for both and said whichever helps me is ok. Rite aid only had Zofran in stock, so I took tha and it helps, but I'm like a zombie. I'm also going to pick up the diclegis later.

I've only taken Zofran. It helped me get through the day but I was still nauseous and would throw up a few times a day regardless. I've tried everything, sea bands, meds, ginger etc.
theyve helped minimally

It stays that way til the 2nd tri. Then you'll feel great then like shit again at the end of the 3rd tri. Cause you're fat swollen and can't breathe

Unless you're like me. Then you're screwed. But hopefully you're not
Diclegis did nothing for me. I'm still on zofran and I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow. I try to stop every once in a while and it's not pretty. It's the only reason I've been able to eat or drink.
