My grilled chicken never comes out great. What do you marinate yours in?

Re: Grilled Chicken

Is it the flavor or the way they're cooked?

Pounding them and using a thermometer to make sure they don't get overdone really helps.

Flavor mostly. Always just blah to me at home.

I don't marinate at all. I'll just use salt and pepper if I'm going to put it in a salad out something. Otherwise I usually brush on a combo of hot sauce and bbq sauce as they finish cooking.

like other pp, salt, pepper and sometimes balsamic vinegar.

minced garlic, salt, pepper and grill or add balsamic too

I will say, I recently discovered a BIG difference in the taste of my chicken since I changed to Bell & Evens. Other brands like Perdue taste rubbery. I use to think it was my cooking but it was the chicken.

So, this is going to sound gross because it actually looks gross but it comes out amazing. I sprinkle the chicken with Adobo and then pour ranch dressing on it and let it marinate. When you grill it, all the white dressing burns off. You wouldn't even know. The chicken is never dry and has great flavor. I always get complimented on it.

My back up is Montreal Chicken seasoning.
