dressing up the grilled chicken (ww girls)
So my grilled chicken was all too boring today so I decided to spice it up and share!
I sprinkled some adobo on it for flavor. I also put fire roasted red peppers (from TJs) in the food processor with like 3 cloves of garlic. I warmed that up and put it on top of the chicken and it was SO delicious (and no points not to mention)
Just thought I'd share! Anyone else have anything else they do that's low or no points?

I like Shake and Bake. I think the breading for 1 chicken breast is about 1/2 a WW point.

Also Mrs. Dash makes a seasoning called "garlic & herb" that is really good and it's 0 pts to add to any recipe.
I will sprinkle some on it before grilling the chicken and it adds a lot of flavor which makes the chicken more interesting for things like sandwiches, salads, etc.
Mmm...this is making me think of a grilled chicken sandwich with roasted red peppers and portobello mushroom slices on an English muffin. I need to go grocery shopping.
