Is it possible to lose weight with diet alone?
Thanks for all the replies. I still have to look into that 21 Day Fix. I will. Sounds cool. And just wanted to update, I've been having a protein bar for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and then a regular dinner. And I'm drinking water like it's going out of style. As of last week, I'm down 2.5 lbs. It's slow going, but it's happening. Thanks again for all of your advice.

Re: Is it possible to lose weight with diet alone?
Yes it is possible. When I was in college I lost 15-20 pounds by mostly diet. (I had to walk around campus a lot, so walking def. helped) however, i didn't eat a lot my first two years and lost 15-20. Once i started eating again. it all came back plus some. After having my daughter, I really want to lose 10-15 pounds, but exercise alone doesn't help. im always low weight on days where i ate a little and always a high weight on days where i have binged. if i am super strict with my diet i will see a change.

It's definitely possible - you just need to make sure you are eating enough and the right things.

Absolutely! The biggest weight loss I've accomplished in my life was purely with diet. I'm also a sugar person. But cutting carbs is really so helpful!

Awesome!! Quick question, did you just do it using the app and points or did you do meetings as well?

You should try the 21 day fix. I just started and already lost a few pounds. Like one of the pp said, you can look it up on Pinterest for recipes and ideas. You could just buy the containers to portion your food and skip the workouts( I think you can buy the containers without workouts but not sure). You might not lose weight as fast as you would with the workouts, but I think it should still see results. I like it because you can still eat regular food. It's just all about clean eating and portion control.
I lost like 15 lbs in 3 weeks with this, but I don't find it realistic to keep weight off.
I have been on and off WW for years, but have been sticking to it and lost 6lbs in 2 weeks, I feel like it is a better way to manage
