RE Consult

I posted about a short LP the other day. I started B6 and spoke with my OB, who really didn't seem to think it was an issue. I did some research on my own and think the short LP could have also contributed to me having 3 miscarriages. I would like to see an RE but she didn't recommend one. Does anyone have suggestions on who to see? And when the right time in my cycle is to go?

I don't have a RE recommendation but I am surprised that your doctor didn't want you to see an RE after 3 miscarriages. It's good you are taking it into your own hands though. My SIL had 3 misses in a row and was referred to a RE immediately. Good luck!

I see Dr. Zapantis in Jericho. He is a bit out of the way for me but totally worth it. He is the nicest doctor I have ever met. I've had two miscarriages in the past that he why I started seeing him. He came highly recommend by friend who just had a baby.

I had a miscarriage then had my DD and have had 2 more since her.. she seemed to think since I have had a healthy pregnancy that it wasn't a huge concern, but the more reading I'm doing the more concerned I am.
I am in Smithtown so Jericho is a hike.
My OB is in a large group and I feel like no one seems to actually go through you chart and know who you are or your medical history when you see them. I plan on switching.

I just graduated from Dr. San Roman in Smithtown. I'd highly recommend him. I felt at ease right away at our consult and the staff is all very sweet. I was only there for a short time. He got me PG on my first IUI. I'm sure 3 miscarriages would be something they would want to monitor you for. Once you make the call to an RE and take the plunge you'll feel better.
