Anyone looking for a roof? review

Just wanted to post what a great experience I had with getting my roof done. We contacted 4 different companies for quotes and we decided to go with D & S Roofing because of their good ratings with the better business bureau.

Im so glad we went with them - it was the first time I ever dealt with a contractor and had zero hassles. We were able to set up the estimate appointment via email. The owner came for the estimate and was very friendly and no "salesman" bs at all. They were able to do the job within 3 weeks of booking it ... they showed up on time, did a great install and a fantastic clean up.

The best part was their price was half of what King Quality was charging and you get the same exact thing. They use all the same products - same warranty etc.

Just beware by the way some of the other companies I had gotten estimates from claimed they were GAF certified or Master Elite) contractors (you need them to be for the manufacturer to give you the lifetime warranty because they have to register the roof). But I did my research of some of the contractors that said I would get the warranty etc actually weren't current contractors with GAF (they were previously but didn't renew ) so I wouldn't have gotten the lifetime warranty. It pays to research who your hiring!!
