What helps with upper arms?
I have always struggled with fat in my upper arms-I remember being a freshman in high school and having to measure our fat using one of those pincher tools, and mine being SO much higher than other people and getting laughed at. Recently, at 29, someone close to me called them "chicken wings".
I am not overweight and have lost about 10 pounds recently. However, I feel as if I look heavier than I am because of my upper arms. I dread wearing short sleeves/tank tops/tight long sleeves/etc.
Any exercises I can do? TIA

What helps with upper arms?
Push-ups. Look up hand release push-ups. Those are better then "girly" push-ups. Concentrate on keeping your elbows pointing back.

Do you mean specifically the underarm? The so-called "bat wing"?
If so, focus on exercises that work your triceps. Chair dips, skull crushers, tricep kickbacks. Push ups will help too.
That's one of my trouble areas and I've noticed the skin has tightened up as my triceps have firmed up.
