Braverman Alternative?

I had my first appointment with Dr. Braverman last week. I was happy with his initial diagnosis (endo, which I suspected) and how he would like to move forward with my treatment but boy, is he $$$$$$$$$.

Is there someone who takes the same approach out there as Dr. B but accepts more than one insurance provider?

Dr. Tortoriello from SIRM was his partner when they had SIRM on Long Island. Dr. T accepts most insurance and had a very open minded approach to immune issues and endo- something I couldn't find with any other RE on LI. He suppresses endo for a few months and then will begin stims and IVF to produce good quality eggs, again a knowledgable approach to endo.
Dr. Kofinas is also very open minded with immune issues and how to get pregnant with various immune/inflammatory diseases like endo.
