support belt
at what point did you start using a maternity support belt. I am only 15 weeks but I have felt so much pulling , I am wondering if that will help me.

My PT gave me one today (i'm 23 weeks but am having back pain). When the heck do I wear it? It's so bulky!

I'm 21 weeks and just recently started to wear one if I'm going to be standing or walking for a while, cooking, cleaning, xmas shopping...stuff like that. It seems to help with my lower back pain.

Never. Though I was very uncomfortable my second pregnancy and it probably would've helped. But at that point I just held my belly and walked slower.
