postpartum support belt
I was wondering if anyone used one of these? Helpful? Waste of money? What are your thoughts?

Waste of money. My sister used one she thought it would make her skinnier when my husband explained that when you take it off things just go back and the only way to help the problem was to work out she kinda freaked. Plus it actually caused and issue with her belly button going back. She had an infection from it rubbing and actually had to be put on an antibiotic.
