Today.
Do I just call the office and leave a message with the answering service or ask to speak with RE?
I am starting a second IVF cycle and hdtokd me to call on day one,

I think you'll be okay for tomorrow or even Monday (I always had to go in on CD3). I would call and leave a message with the answering service.

oh, to answer your question, I would not call until Sunday or Monday just go in for blood work. Dr Z has a small office and they are not open on Sundays.

Dr. Z was my first RE and when CD was gonna fall on a Monday and I couldn't get in touch with them I left a message and just showed up at 6:30 AM on Monday morning and they took me.
