one-day lamaze "crash course"

Does anyone know who may offer this? My DH works in a job with varying shifts, so we can't commit to any sort of schedule, so our only option is a long one-day course. Any info would be great. TIA!

I think LIJ does one once a month.

Also if you are open to other childbirth education, we did the New Baby Belly class. We were there about 4 hours with just one other couple and it was very informative-----very "real" about what to expect in the delivery room and beyond.
