Demo Lesson
Ok ladies, so after years and years in NYC... I finally have been called back to do a demo lesson on LI. They said half hour and I don't know what to expect. I've been rehearsing times and driving myself insane. I have a 2 hour commute to work and another 2 hours home. I need to land this demo and feel like so much pressure is on my shoulders. Please send positive vibes and any advice for a demo which I've never ever done before. I hope this is finally it for me to get on LI... I've paid my dues lol!!!

Demo Lesson
only advice would be to just make sure you have some "turn and talk" activities in the lesson, a Do Now and some sort of summary. Don't worry if you don't get to teaching all of the material you planned, as long as you sum it up at the end! Be energetic and be yourself. You've been teaching for years so you know what you are doing!
