not sure if I'm too lazy but I just cant seem to discard my 2014 meds.
I need to purge lots of items and that huge box of meds needs to go but I cant seem to do the deed.

I felt so much better when I got rid of everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. Even the alcohol swabs that came with the meds.
When you're ready, it won't be as hard.
It's freeing

Im sure it's freeing but I just cant. If someone needed needles etc that would help but....

Many might be expired if they are from 2014 so you might be best to discard.
