Swelling
35 weeks with twins. Christmas was the first time I experienced numbing sensations and swelling in both legs/ feet. Slept with feet up and increased water all was fine. When I experienced this I was in a lot of pain, felt my circulation being cut off. Went to the doctor they checked and said I was ok. Today, it's in one foot and leg. My foot is huge. Nothing else is swollen, I feel fine. Should I call the doctor? I hate calling them for everything/ going there, I don't want to seem excessive

Re: Swelling
I had a lot of swelling when I was pregnant with DD. It's rough! I can't imagine with twins.
To be safe, I'd def call your OB. They will never fault you for being overly cautious.

Swelling
Thanks! I called the doctor. Just instructed to elevate and increase water intake since I have no additional symptoms again such as face/ hand swelling or a headache. I get nervous with the swelling for whatever reason. I made it 34 weeks with zero swelling and still worked full time. Of coarse as soon as I'm on leave I blow up!

Re: Swelling
Same thing happened with me around 35 weeks with my twins. I never had any swelling my entire pregnancy until my last 2 weeks. Especially my feet. I had to buy a pair of knockoff ugg slippers at Payless because I couldn't fit into any of my shoes. I wore those to the hospital. Still have them:). If it was summer I would've just worn flip flops, but my kids were born end of Nov.
Hang in there! So close to go.
