Miscarriage Support

One of my family members has a hard time conceiving, had 2 miscarriages and finally got pregnant with twins...and ended up losing one of the babies during her first trimester. She doesn't talk about it, has kept to herself, and has become very distant.
I reach out to her to let her know I'm here if she needs but don't get much of a response (which I totally understand) but was just wondering if you can think of or have ever received some kind of gift that I could send her to just let her know I'm thinking about her and to offer her some strength?

TIA

I had one ectopic and one miscarriage, and a few people would come by, send cards, etc. (only a few people knew). Honestly, I became more upset and angry by those who kept bringing it up and coming by the house and distanced myself. I didn't want to talk about it, and if I did I would have. I know you want to do something, but I just wanted to be left alone.

I only had one miscarriage, but I didn't really want to talk about it. It was nice for someone to say they were sorry, but I didn't want it continually mentioned. I also had a baby soon after and it was a little weird when someone would keep asking me if I was still sad about the miscarriage (during my pregnancy that couldn't have happened time wise if I hadn't had the miscariage). Yes, I will always be sad I lost that baby, but I was also happy about my subsequent pregnancy. You need to let her be happy about the other baby. I wouldn't send any gifts.
