WW friendly restaurants
If you go on the website, it gives you ideas of things to order at different kinds of restaurants (italian, mexican, indian, etc.) The restaurant guide also lists the points of many chain restaurants. A lot of them aren't local, but some are like Miller's Ale house.
I usually stick to salads that don't contain mounds of cheese, bacon, etc. Or something like baked salmon or shrimp.
Also, a lot of restaurants have their nutritional info on their websites. So, you can look ahead of time and figure out the points of a certain meal.

WW friendly restaurants
Any restaurant can be WWFriendly, just make good choices. Grilled or baked fish, grilled chicken, ask for rich sauces on the side or skip. Ask for veggies steamed or grilled, not sautéed or covered in crap. Get a leaner cut of steak. Since most restaurant portions are much larger than what a normal portion actually is, only eat half your meal.

Re: WW friendly restaurants
I have been following WW for the passed 2 weeks. Last night I went to my favorite pizzeria/restaurant. I got Grilled jumbo shrimp over julienne veggies. It came with a side of pasta or salad and I got the salad. It was soo delicious and low in points!!

Cheesecake Factory has a skinny menu
Just modify regular options, do the best you can. No bread basket!
