No, they don't have to and many don't. For example, on Sean's season he used the fantasy suites but he didn't have s e x with any of the 3 girls. They can use the time however they choose.

However, in the case of Nick, I wouldn't be surprised if he slept with all 3.

I mean, they're all adults and they've vying to get engaged to this guy. Personally, I dont see anything wrong with them having sex with him. Sex is an important part of a marriage. Wouldn't you want to sample the goods and make sure you're sexually compatible before getting engaged?

I have no objection to trying it out beforehand but there's definitely something creepy about the back to back fantasy suites. I know the women signed up for it and all, but ewwww.

nothing wrong, but don't they really only know him for 4 weeks? the creepy part to me is having sex or the perception of it on TV, with friends and worse (IMO) family seeing this. For knowing he has slept with 2 others in the same week :(
