Shirataki noodles
I tried them for the first time tonight (the tofu kind) lovelovelove them! I made a shrimp and asparagus stir fry with tamari and ginge, and just threw it on top of the noodles.
I could get into some awesome pad Thai with this!
Does anyone have a good recipe they've tried?

Shirataki noodles
Never heard of then before but I looked them up and now I'm intrigued. Are they similar to rice noodles in texture?

I've always wanted to try these. Where did you buy them?

Shirataki noodles
King Kullen. They're wetter than your typical noodles, so you have to dry them off first. They have a wider ribbon cut and a thin cut. Awesome!

Shirataki noodles
I like to do a take on cold sesame noodles with them--with a smooth nut butter, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic (in the food processor), with sesame seeds and green onions mixed in.
