btdt moms- postpartum belly wrap suggestions?
Anyone use a postpartum belly wrap such as the Belly Bandit? There are so many out there. Is it worth the money, do they work? Any opinions? TIA

i used one and it helped. Get a size smaller than you are. I got a small and it didn't fit right away, but about a week or 2 later it did

btdt moms- postpartum belly wrap suggestions?
I didn't use one and the swelling of my uterus went down pretty quickly. I think a lot has to do with weight gain/how you carry.

This. I was back to normal in about 2 weeks...never wore a wrap.
