My sister is going through infertility and I have a question..
My amazing sister has been TTC for 18 months. She is on her 3rd IUI, she should know in a few days if it worked.
She was put on clomid and ended up with one follicle (22mm). Her DH has male factor. His post wash count was 9 million, 90% motile sperm.
Do you think she has a chance? I'm so praying and hoping its her turn finally

Of course she has a chance 
It only takes 1.
1 sperm + 1 egg.
If for some reason it doesn't happen this cycle, I would suggest she speak to her dr about changing up meds. 1 follie is low. The more you have, the higher your odds that one of them will catch.
But honestly ... it only takes 1.

what dose of clomid was she on? one follicle is kind of low for being on clomid.
but honestly, it only takes 1. thats how I conceived DS. one IUI with a small dose of clomid that my OB did. So I never knew how many follicles b/c he never checked.

Thx ladies!
So she's on 100 of clomid. I believe she had 3 follicles total but 2 were 14 and one was 22.
I really truly pray it's her month!!!!

She just got a faint positive!!!!!
did she trigger with HCG shot? If so, how many days past the shot is she. b/c the HCG shot will show up on a pregnancy test if hasnt fully worked its way out of the body yet.

Yes make sure it is not the HCG shot. I would wait more so to 12 days later as to be sure the positive is actually real.

She never needed the trigger shot.
She got a positive at 8dpo, then the lines have been darker each day. she's now 12 dpo and she's def pg!! They are ecstatic, been a long road
