vegetarian bulgur chili
I've made this about 4 times now in a row, it's amazing and you can't screw it up (which i do with everything i touch in the kitchen!!)
I make half the recipe and it makes a lot. The bulgur gives it great consistency. Great option for anyone having vegetarian guests over and you don't want to just do salad or pasta.
I also add a scotch bonnet pepper because we're nuts like that but we like spicy!

oh, looks good. I dont have any of the ingredients : sadly a drop of franks sauce is too hot for me makes me want to cry, clearly I could never use scotch bonnet peppers lol

LOL! you could always omit any of the chili powder etc.
the only thing I really had to go out of my way to buy was the bulgur, but if your supermarket has a Red Mill section, it's there.
