I have Ipsy and Boxycharm and BC is by far superior. They 98% of the time send all full sizes and brands that you have heard of. LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Boxycharm!

i like ipsy, but i'm also a beginner when it comes to makeup and cosmetics.
the small sizes work well for me to try the things and decide if i want to invest in them.

I do Sephora box and Ipsy.
This months Sephora I loved!
Not always the case.
Ipsy I enjoy and been doing for 1 1/2. I even have an invite for a free month if anyone wants.
I review products every month and after that it caters to what you like or don't.
Helps me use things I would of never considered purchasing as well.
A few items have become my fav!
and they offer discounts for that month if you love it

Every month I am getting glam glow and it makes my skin burn! And I get all these hair masks that I don’t use because I have fine soft hair.

This is the exact same as me. I got the glam glow and won't use it. I also have now about four hair masks, that like you said, I won't use. Not to mention the hot pink lipsticks and black eyeliners. It's too bad, as I like the concept of getting this every month, but if I am lucky, there is one thing I will want to try.
