Disney reward card

I Have until August 28 to continue to spend on my Disney Chase Visa card. Our trip is only four days (9/7-9/11) and we got the quick service dining plan for free. I have $150 in rewards right now. Should I stop spending over the next two weeks or keep using the card where I could earn up to $200 in rewards? My question is will I end up spending $200 in cash over four days at the parks.?

We are not big shoppers will probably end up with the souvenir each and I will probably buy a few alcoholic drinks.

I don’t want to lose my cash and don’t plan on going to Disney anytime soon after this

I would continue using until you get $200. Everything is so expensive at Disney. You have the quick service plan but that's for only one QS meal during the day. What about the other meal - you would need to pay out of pocket.

I would continue spending. If you are worried you don’t need to transfer the additional rewards right away - once you have a card you can add them at any time.

If you don’t end up needing them for Disney you can use them towards airline tickets.

But I do think you would be able to spend $200 in 4 days with 4 people.

Re: Disney reward card

It depends - do you have any ADRs or are you doing all quick service?

Even the cheapest table service dining is expensive enough that with one sit down a day, you will spend $200 easily.

But if your dining plan is going to cover all or most of your dining, then you would have to spend $200 on souvenirs and additional snacks.

i think you'll spend $200 easily. i'm guessing you're staying at a Disney hotel with the free dining? You can use your rewards card to pay down your charges on your magic band... so if you get a drink by the pool, that kind of thing... it'll add up fast i think.
