which high yield savings account?

I currently have a capital one 360 account that I use to transfer money in I don't want to spend right away (use for vacations, etc)

I was looking to open a 2nd high yield savings account and decided to see if there are better rates and the following are coming up with over 2% which is double then the capital one:


HSBC
Synchory
american express .
barclays
discover

I have capital one 360 but recently opened a discover as well because the interest is very good

I have used Synchrony for years. They are consistently higher than most banks for CDs and savings. I have no issue with the website or customer service.

HSBC only has higher interest rates if you have like $25k+. Otherwise you get almost nothing.

I have a Discover Bank account that gets pretty good rates and the CDs are good, too.

I have an American Express acct. I have their charge card and like the customer service so I went with them. No issues and I have seen growth!

thanks everyone. I ended up going with Discover. they actually have a promo where i receive $150 bonus for depositing money. while the rate isn't the highest out of all of them, I think this works out to a better deal esp. since I will not be keeping this money in here for too long .
