Looking to setup a mini iPad for my 3 year old. Do you have any recommendations for free learning apps? Is there anything I should know about setting up restrictions? Thanks!

I gave my 3yo my old iPad and I really just deleted all of my apps off of it and just left youtube kids and some edukitty apps that DS enjoys. He has gotten himself into the messages and whatnot, but for the most part he sticks to whatever app I put on for him.
