Ah ok, that’s what I thought but my friend told me the one by her (not on LI) wouldn’t do it because she didn’t buy the balloons there. Thanks!

How about if you buy the helium kit Party City or Walmart have and fill it up with your balloons.

Is that all??? They really should be a lot more money. There is a helium shortage and helium is used for many other more useful things.

You can get these from $25-$45 and just fill up your own balloons. It actually fills up a lot of balloons.

Yup, I always get these for our parties and have some left over.

I don't think the helium shortage is dire like it was... I remember a few years back it was really bad.

just curious ..you don't have to use this tank all at once right? I've thought of purchasing this for school for some of our events b/c it would be cheaper than buying balloons all the time.

It is still pretty bad. Helium is used for medical procedures, but I guess everyone wants their balloons.

It can’t be stored well and prices should be higher, IMO.

Well accidentally clicked on the wrong Halloween party decorating kit and the one I got doesn’t have balloons. So, I am not singlehandedly worsening the worldwide helium crisis. Everyone can sleep soundly tonight.

Don't blame party balloons for the global helium crisis...

Chat Icon I never blamed balloons for the shortage. I simply said that helium has other uses that are far more useful than party balloons.
