Does Anyone Know Anything About Parking at the Babylon Train Station on Weekends?
Hi,
I normally take the Ronkonkoma line into the city if we ever go as we live in Medford. We have tickets to the Knicks Game on Saturday night and just our luck almost all lines have alerts and changeovers, etc this weekend. The only line that’s a straight run would be Babylon. We know nothing about this station. Can anyone PLEASE tell me about weekend parking there for non-sticker holders and if there will be an area for us to park whether it be free or a daily payment.

We just had to take the train from Babylon last night as we wanted to avoid bus service from construction on the Ronkonkoma line. We parked in the lot right next to the station and it is metered parking. (We used the app to pay for parking-.25 an hour.) The lot was pretty full but we were able to find a spot.

Thanks! So there’s no where to just make a payment other than meters? So we need a lot of quarters? I am so inexperienced at this. Which App is it?

Believe it's passport but there are signs to tell you what to do. It's simple and easy. App will remind you when time is running out

The meters take credit cards. You have to park your car in a spot. Take note of the numbered spot you pulled in. Then walk to the meter and enter in your spot number. You can pay by CC. It prints out a receipt for you. You take that receipt and put in in your windshield for proof.

Plenty of metered parking. Can use the passport app or it takes credit cards at the station. If there are no spots at the station, there are several nearby municipal lots that are also metered parking.
